Festulolium

Festulolium is a cross between festucas (meadow fescue/tall fescue) and lolium (Italian ryegrass). The result is a combination of high quality and good winterhardiness, persistence and stress tolerance. DLF Organic offers a type similar to tall fescue, Italian ryegrass and perennial ryegrass, with improved characteristics taken from the parent crossings. Festuloliums can be used to successfully extend the growth of high quality grass in cold regions.
